I've had this hard drive for about a month. It's very easy to set up. Easy to use. The on/off button is convenient. I've had no problems so far. The hard drive's usable space is only 465 Gb (not the full 500). I'm not sure how this compares to others.
Update: January 13, 2009 Hard drive is still working great.Get more detail about Iomega Prestige 1 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive 34275.
