I received the item quickly and it arrived in great condition. I use it as a backup drive to archive files that I take back and forth to my vacation home. I am giving it only 4 stars because it is SLOW.
In all fairness, you cannot expect a USB drive to be very fast. However, it does seem a little slower than I expected.
