I had high hopes regarding this drive based on previous reviews. The drive frequently loses computer connection. It seems that switching to a different power supply may have helped (I have two of the drives -- the other works okay), but it's too early to know for sure. While you can't talk with anyone in technical support, the online chat with technical support eventually got me to where I need to be.
