I have had the Iomega for about a month now. No complaints so far, and it holds up well in afghanistan. The transfer rates arn't too bad for normal files, but when you transfer larger files ie: 600+ gigs takes about 9 hours using USB 2.0. But still, for backup it works exactly as it shouldGet more detail about Iomega Prestige 1 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive 34275.
