This Hard Drive was dead on arrival. It must be reformatted in order to work with Mac OS, but the instructions are outdated and incorrect. To contact customer support you are not allowed to use the phone, but have to do a "Live Chat" instead. After eventually talking to somebody on the phone, they are sending a replacement (which they wanted me to pay for) UPS ground.
