Excellent hard drive. It's a breeze to set up and works great out of the box - both my Vista and XP computers found it right away. I now have it connected to my router through the USB connection and it works really well as a "network" drive. The upload and download speeds are very fast (even coming through the router wirelessly). I've had no problems with it disconnecting even if I leave it on for extended periods of time.
There is a little bit of noise (that comes from the hard drive spinning) but it is not loud enough to be a distraction.
Also, the price is great given the storage capacity, it looks terrific and feels sturdy.
Definitely a great purchase!
