After a long night with little help from the "chat" line and little (no) help from the phone help desk, I finally THINK I have backed up the data on my computer. So I correctly turned off everything in the order given. My husband then had a question, and we attempted to turn on the computer. No luck. I spent a long time, finally went to bed, got up twice to see if the computer had turned on. It hadn't. This morning (very early) I got up, turned everything off again and started up. I immediately hit the start up and got to my docs and deleted the files for Iomega and then went to Control Panel and deleted Mozy. Mozy had attempted to get our Visa information. I am afraid to return it incase I did, in fact, get my computer backed up. Now what to do? Get more detail about Iomega Prestige 1 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive 34275.
