I read the reviews on amazon like I always do thinking it's a lot better than
the free agent. After 3 weeks the piece of garbage keeps losing it's connection.
Tech support said you can either do the following: it's the plug in to your a/c
outlet - not in my case; reformat the hard drive and I can't remember the other
thing that didn't apply. I'm very disappointed in this product and plan
to return this ASAP.
Note, I can't seem to find a 1.5 terabyte HD with a dependable record. Iomega
seem to be more reliable than seagate's Freeagent. Perhaps I got a lemon.
