bought this six months ago
it worked great
and i take good freaking care of my stuff
i made sure to click the safely removed button every time before i unplugged and i kept it in the box as well when i was not using it.
but for some reason out of the blue about two days ago it stopped working
said there was some sort of corrupted file or directory and i was not able to access my external hard drive, i tried it on several different computers
and i tried to find out online as well but to no avail there was no solution for me, i do not know if its actually iomega's fault or not maybe i got a bad external hard drive but i am very dissappointed because i had a lot of important documents and family photos on that hard drive.
