This is my first 1 star review. After 6 months of very moderate use, the drive went kaput. Customer service (via online chat) was very good. At first they thought it was the power supply. 2 days later I had a new one via UPS. But that didn't do the trick. So, next they said it must be a bad sector. Now I'm sending it back to get a new, well, refurbished, drive. But I will not trust it. This is my second Iomega drive to fail me - I just won't be buying the brand again. So, bottom line is to either not put anything you can't lose on this drive, or back it up! Get more detail about Iomega Prestige 1 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive 34275.
