Very easy to use compared with other external drives. No programs to install, just plug in and it's ready to save your files. It's not comfortable to carry with wherever you go (becuse of the size), but it's ok.
A friend of mine bought some other external hard drive, and he had to install a program which caused a complete mess in his computer.
